Description

This creamy brandy based cocktail was extremely popular during the early 20th century and is an ideal after dinner cocktail.

Ingredients

  1. 2 Measures Brandy
  2. 1 Measure Creme De Cacao
  3. 1 Measure Double Cream
  4. Cream And Nutmeg To Finish

Instructions

Add all ingredients plus ice into a cocktail shaker, shake well and strain into either a martini or sundae-style glass. Top with a little whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg. Alternatively, you can leave the cream topping.
